Legislative Chamber amends Economic Procedural Code of Uzbekistan

The document is developed as current edition of the code has no clauses, regulating order of considering of cases on administrative and other public relations by economic courts.

Cases on use of measures on legal impact have its peculiarities and require special legal regulation. In this context, it is planned to include special chapter to code, which will regulate procedures on considering these cases by economic courts.

After discussions, MPs approved concept on the draft law and passed it in the first readin.
