Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A performance by the National Ballet of Uzbekistan opened the International Opera and Ballet Festival in Tashkent.

Screenings of the ballet performance “Lazgi. Dance of Soul and Love” took place on 24 and 25 February on the stage of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater named after Alisher Navoi.

The stunning choreography of Raimondo Rebek, the incredible combination of light, music and plastic, and the brilliant performance of the National Ballet of Uzbekistan troupe every time make an indelible impression on the audience. The ballet production has already managed to win the sympathy and love of not only domestic but also foreign audiences.

The International Opera and Ballet Festival is held with the support of the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan.
