Kyzylkumcement to increase charter capital to 298.345bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company will increase its charter capital to 298.345 billion soums, the company’s statement said.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning over securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company at the end of November 2011.

Within the emission, the company will issue 1,988,964 ordinary shares with par value of 150,000 soums each. The volume of the issue makes up 298,344,600,000 soums.

The shares of emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lesser par value to new ones with higher nominal value.

The company said that the part of shares for 250,609,464,000 soums is paid on par value and other part for 47,735,136,000 will be paid due to net income for 2010.

Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company was commissioned in 1977 and it is the largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its capacity is about 3.1 million tonnes of cement a year.
