Uzbekistan produced about 5.2 million tonnes of cement in nine months of 2012, and half of the volume fell to share of Kyzylkumcement.
The company said that it realized 1.248 million tonnes of cement through exchange in nine months of 2012, which makes up 56% of total volume, produced by the company.
Kyzylkumcement shipped 15% of its products to export and 29% - to consumers on direct contracts, the company’s official said.
Kyzylkumcement has been constructed in 1977. The company produces cement on dry method at three technologic lines with total capacity of 3.08 million tonnes a year.
The enterprise is a largest cement producer in Central Asia. Currently, 47.2% of cement, produced in Uzbekistan, fell to share of this enterprise.
