Shareholders directed 72.95% of net income for 2011 or 47.735 billion soums to capitalization of the charter capital through increasing par value of shares from 150,000 soums to 174,000 soums.

In the result, the charter capital of the company will be formed at the size of 346.079 billion soums.

Kyzylkumcement will also direct 4.575 billion soums (6.99% of net income) to form reserve fund and 13.127 billion soums (20.06%) to payment of dividends.

The company said that the size of dividend per share made up 6,600 soums. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1,988,964.

Open joint stock company Kyzylkumcement was commissioned in 1977 and it is largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its designed capacity is over 3.1 million tonnes of cement a year. Net income of Kyzylkumcement made up 65.572 billion soums.
