Kyrgyzstan, coached by Nurtazin Djetybaev, top the four-team group with six points after their opening 8-3 defeat of Afghanistan on Tuesday.
Tajikistan and Turkmenistan have three points each with the Tajiks in front on head-to-head thanks to their 7-3 win two days prior.
Afghanistan are bottom of the heap with no points. The top three teams qualify for next year’s finals.
Dilshat Kadyrov and Evgeny Malinin had given Kyrgyzstan a 2-0 lead inside 11 minutes before Alisher Ulmasov pulled one back on 28 minutes.
Kadyrov restored his team’s two-goal advantage in the 35th before Fatkhulo Fatkhuloev scored Tajikistan’s second two minutes from the end.
For Turkmenistan, Ahmed Allaberdiyev and Agajan Resulov scored that goals that beat Afghanistan.
