The First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov arrived in Bishkek for participation at the session of the Council of the Heads of Governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

President of Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambaev and Rustam Azimov discussed actual issues of bilateral cooperation, which are based on long-term friendship of two nations.

President of Kyrgyz Republic said that there are great potential for development of bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and to lift them to new level both in bilateral and multilateral formats.

The sides underlined importance of further development of relations between two nations in good neighborhood spirit.
