Shareholders of the company decided to direct net income of the company in nine months of 2011 at the size of 16.678 billion soums and undistributed income of previous years for 6.632 billion soums.

At the same time, in line with the decision of shareholders, nominal value of a share will raise from 4,500 soums to 165,000 soums. Total number of ordinary shares makes up 145,236 units.
