Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek athlete Kubaro Hakimova won a silver medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris.

Kubaro Hakimova competed in the shot put event. With a result of 10.36 meters, she secured second place and earned a silver medal at the Paralympics.

Another representative from Uzbekistan, Madina Mukhtorova, achieved a result of 8.1 meters, finishing in eighth place.

As of now, Uzbekistan has won 2 silver and 1 bronze medals at the Paralympics.
