Korean specialists to provide consultations on development of start-up projects
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of consultants on development of the software products market and start-up projects of the Korean Institute for the Development of the Information Society (KISDI) is paying visit to Tashkent on 15-21 April 2018.

It should be noted that the specialists of KISDI have already held consultations and implemented 73 projects in 27 countries of the world for the last 15 years.

Within the framework of the visit, the delegation members hold meetings with representatives of the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the Ministry of Innovative Development, Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center, subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Information Technologies and IT companies.

In particular, a meeting with the participation of the First Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Olimjon Umarov was held at the Ministry of Information and Communications, during which the importance of conducting consultations on the policy of development of IT startups and the market of software products of the country was noted.

The program of consultations will conclude in December 2018 and consists of 4 stages. At the 2nd stage, within one week, 5 specialists from Uzbekistan will attend special trainings and seminars in the Republic of Korea. Consultants from Korea noted that the successful development of entrepreneurial ecosystem requires human capital, a favorable business environment, finance and a market.

In turn, the First Deputy Minister said that the country has all the necessary conditions for development of entrepreneurship in all areas, including the IT sector.
