Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with a delegation from the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA).
The meeting was attended by heads and staff of departments specializing in human resources and personnel development, organizational oversight, strategic planning, and methodology.
During a seminar organized at the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service Development, the participants discussed the "Capacity Building for Civil Servants" program, jointly developed with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
As part of this program, an agreement was reached with Korean experts to develop a human resource management model and conduct a BPR (Business Process Reengineering) analysis.
