Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The editor-in-chief of Komsomolskaya Pravda, Vladimir Sungorkin, died at the age of 69. This was reported by the publication.
A TASS source clarified that "the cause of death was a stroke."
Sungorkin began his career at Komsomolskaya Pravda in 1985, holding various positions in stages - from deputy editor of the working youth department to chief editor, which he became in 1997. Since 2002, he has combined two positions: general director and editor-in-chief of ZAO ID "TVNZ".
