Kito Investments Pte. Ltd. plans to sell 18.6% shares of JSCB "Savdogar"

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Foreign company Kito Investments Pte. Ltd. plans to sell 18.6% of shares of the authorized capital in JSCB "Savdogar".

According to the company’s announcement, it is offering 242,023,072 common shares of JSCB Savdogar. The price of one share is 50 soums. At the same time, the par value of one share is 100 soums.

That is, investors can purchase an 18.6% stake for 12.1 billion soums.
