Kaspi.kz launches transfers to Uzcard and Humo cards from Kazakhstan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Kazakh fintech service Kaspi.kz has announced the launch of money transfers to Uzbek payment system cards Uzcard and Humo.
Previously, users could only send money from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan via VISA and Mastercard.
Now, owners of the Kaspi.kz super app can make transfers by simply entering the recipient’s card number, with the system automatically displaying the recipient’s name.
The company emphasizes that this new feature will make financial transactions between the two countries more convenient and faster.
"Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan share strong ties of friendship, family, business, and culture. People frequently visit each other for personal and work-related matters, which creates the need for convenient and reliable transfer tools. We are pleased to contribute to strengthening cooperation between our countries," said Kaspi’s CEO and co-founder Mikhail Lomtadze.
