Kasimov says loss against Krasnodar is not tragedy
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan head coach Mirdjalal Kasimov said that it will be incorrect to make tragedy from loss against Russian team Krasnodar, Uzbekistan Footbal Federation said.
Uzbekistan played a friendly match against Krasnodar and lost with the score 1-0. Only goal of the match was netted from penalty on 65 minutes .
Kasimov said that Uzbekistan arrived in Dubai two days ago and only started preparation to new season. The match against Krasnodar was a friendly and its result means nothing. The primary goal is to prepare (to official matches), he said.
Uzbek coach said that the friendly matches are good opportunity to test and prepare players. The match against Krasnodar helped to reveal weak and strong sides of the team.
Kranodar coach Slavolyuv Muslin said that it is pleasant to play against such strong opponent. He said that the match was good and opponent was excellent. He said that Uzbekistan have good players.
