Uzbekistan will play against the UAE on 12 October and Qatar on 16 October, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Mirjalol Kasimov invited 23 players. Among new faces in the squad are forward Igor Taran of Shortan, midfielder Oleg Zoteev from Almalyk, defender Kamoliddin Tajiev from Chinese club Jiangsu Sainty F.C., defender of Saudi Arabia’s Al Nasr Shavkat Mulladjanov and midfielder Aziz Haydarov of the UAE Al Shabab.

Uzbekistan will fly to the UAE on 10 October and stay there till 13 October, afterwards the team will fly to Qatar, the UFF added.
