The export volumes increased 2.2 times against the same period of the last year, UzA reported.

In the reporting period, 262 small enterprises were created in Kashkadarya with attraction of 4.7 billion soums of investments.

Of that number, 130 companies were set up in food industry, 49 in construction materials, 34 in light industry and 46 in other sectors.

Over the nine months, a total of 3,900 new small business and private entrepreneurship subjects were created in the region. About 25,000 people received employment in this sector.
