Kapitalbank to place depository certificates for legal entities
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” will place depository certificates for legal entities for total sum of 15 billion soums, the bank said in a statement.
According to the bank, the nominal value of certificates makes up 50 million soums and total sum of the issue is 15 billion soums. Number of depository certificates makes up 300 units.
The profitability of certificate is based on its maturity term. Profitability of deposit certificates with maturity term of 182 days set at the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and minus 3% APR (currently 9%).
Profitability of deposit certificates with maturity term of 273 days is equal to the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and minus 2.5% (now 9.5%), 396 days - refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and minus 2% (now 10%), 547 days - refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and minus 1% (now 11%).
Profitability of deposit certificates with maturity term of 273 days is set at refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (now 12%).
