The bank said it will pay dividends on ordinary shares and the dividend per share makes up 10,000 soums.

Kapitalbank said it will pay dividends on 1.3 million shares. This means that the bank will direct 13 billion soums to this purpose.

Kapitalbank open joint-stock commercial bank is one of the first private commercial banks of Uzbekistan. The bank received license for banking operation in April 2001. In 2004, Kapitalbank merged with Aviabank and it was reorganized into joint-stock commercial bank.

Own capital of Kapitalbank rose 2.02 times in nine months of 2009 and made up 42.6 billion soums. The loan portfolio grew by 16.8% to 147.9 billion soums. Aggregate assets reached 366.7 billion soums. Balance of deposits rose by 30.2% in the reporting period. As of 1 October 2009, balance of population deposits increased by 39.6% in January-September to 67.1 billion soums.
