Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kapitalbank registered the issue of 40 million ordinary shares for a total of 38 billion soums.

The nominal value of one share is 950 soums.

Earlier, the shareholders of Kapitalbank decided to convert 40 million preferred shares of the bank into 40 million ordinary shares.
