Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kapitalbank issues securities worth about 270 billion soums.

The supervisory board of the bank made a decision to issue common shares in the amount of 119.64 billion soums and corporate bonds in the amount of 150 billion soums.

According to the bank, corporate bonds of the bank will be placed publicly, and shares - by private subscription.

In particular, Kapitalbank will place 125.938 million ordinary shares with a par value of 950 soums each.

The volume of corporate shares with a par value of 10 million soums will be 15,000 units.
