Kapitalbank increases net income to 11.438bn soums in 2011

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” increased its net income over ten times to 11.438 billion soums in 2011 in line with the international standards of financial accounting, the annual report of the bank, published in local media said.

According to the report, the assets rose by 42.91% to 503.972 billion soums in 2011. The loans grew from 128.702 billion soums in 2010 to 195.606 billion soums in 2011.

Kapitalbank’s liabilities grew by 41.67% to 475.63 billion soums in 2011. The funds of clients made up 442.425 billion soums in 2011 against 303.096 billion soums in 2010.

The bank’s capital increased by 67.47% to 28.342 billion soums in 2011. The charter capital rose from 24.131 billion soums to 31.632 billion soums in the reporting period.
