Kapitalbank distribute net income for 2010

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General shareholders’ meeting of Kapitalbank open joint stock commercial bank distributed net income for 2010 at the size of 2.4 billion soums (on national accounting standards).

Shareholders of the bank directed 120.029 million soums (5% of net income) to increase reserve fund of general purpose and the same amount to increase preferential crediting fund.

Other part of net income at the size of 2.16 billion soums, in line with the decision of shareholders, remained undistributed.
