According to the bank, the shareholders determined the maximum size of announced shares, which Kapitalbank can place. In line with the decision, the bank can float shares for 20 billion soums or 20 million ordinary shares. The par value of shares makes up 10,000 soums each.

The shareholders also introduced changes to charter, which says that the charter capital of the bank makes up 33 billion soums. The charter capital consists of 3.4 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums.
