Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Insurance company Kapital Sug’urta will place shares worth 3 billion soums, which will be placed among an unlimited number of investors.

According to the company’s disclosure, Kapital Sug’urta will issue 3 billion common shares with a par value of 1 soums each.

The shares of this issue will be placed through open subscription among an unlimited number of investors.
