The Center for coordination and control over securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares of the insurer on 23 August 2013.

Within the emission, it placed 20 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total sum of the issue was 2 billion soums.

The shareholders of the insurance company approved results of placement of shares of the ninth emission and the charter capital at the size of 8 billion soums, which is equal to 3 173 926.62 euros.
