The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus emission of the shares of the company.

According to the terms of issues, the company will place 6,688,882 ordinary and 5,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,430 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 9.572 billion soums.

In June 2013, the shareholders adopted decision to increase its charter capital due to capitalization of net income for 2012 and undistributed income of previous years.

At that time, shareholders directed 1.305 billion soums of net income for 2012 and 67.374 million soums of undistributed income of previous years to increase charter capital.

The charter capital will grow due to increase of par value of shares from 1,225 soums to 1,430 soums. The charter capital will increase by 1.372 billion soums to 9.572 billion soums.
