In line with the decision, Kafolat can issue 1,877,552 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,225 soums each. Total emission will make 2.3 billion soums.

The company said that currently the charter capital of Kafola consists of 6,693,882 shares, including 6,688,882 ordinary and 5,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,225 soums.

Founded in March 1997 in line with the governmental resolution, Kafolat state joint stock company is one of the leading insurance companies in Uzbekistan.
