Kafolat becomes co-founder of O’zbekinvest Hayot

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kafolat state joint stock company, one of the largest insurance companies of Uzbekistan, became founder of O’zbekinvest Hayot, life insurance company.

Uzbekinvest national export-insurance company and Kafolat reached a corresponding decision.

The sides also reorganized O’zbekinvest Hayot subsidiary insurance company into O’zbekinvest Hayot subsidiary economic entity and increased charter capital to 1.5 million euros to meet requirements of the legislation.

Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan issued new license to O’zbekinvest Hayot on 9 December 2009.
