Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Urta Osiyo Trans JSC is being transformed into Urta Osiyo Trans LLC JV. This decision was made by the company’s shareholders.

The company’s authorized capital will be 1.26 billion soums.

The share of Hyper Partners LLC will be 60%, and Palvan Habibullah - 40%.

Burkhon Akramov was appointed General Director of JV Urta Osiyo Trans LLC.

In June 2023, the State Asset Management Agency of Uzbekistan reported that Hyper Partners JV LLC acquired 51.0% of the shares of Urta Osiyo Trans JSC for 65 billion soums.
