Japanese delegation, UzACI discuss cooperation in IT sector
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A delegation of Japan held negotiations at the Uzbek Agency of Communication and Information (UzACI). The Japanese delegation arrived in Uzbekistan to participate the third business forum “Uzbekistan-Japan: economic dialogue and perspectives of partnership”, which started on 10 November.
The sides considered issues of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan in telecommunications and information technologies sectors.
The Uzbek side familiarized the Japanese side with current state and perspectives of training of IT specialists, current state of software market, introduction of information technologies in state management, etc.
The sides praised the meeting and confirmed the interests and readiness to boost further cooperation. The sides exchanged opinion on the issues of mutual interest.
