Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, together with the Japan External Trade Development Organization (JETRO), organized a one-day study tour of the main logistics facilities in Tashkent. It was attended by the heads of leading Japanese companies, represented, among other things, in the UAE, Russia, Turkey and Uzbekistan.

The program of the visit included a visit to logistics centers specializing in the reception and processing of cargo arriving by air, rail and road. Thus, the participants of the tour got acquainted with the activities of customs storage warehouses at the Tashkent International Airport, transport and logistics centers Chukursay Logistics Center and Highway Logistics Center. The guests gave a high assessment of the equipment and potential of the centers.
