Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan from 9 July 2020, Jamshid Ismailovich Abruev was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance. This was reported by the information service of the Ministry of Finance.

Jamshid Abruev was born in 1979 in Tashkent, an ethnic Uzbek. He has higher education, graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1999 and Tashkent State University of Economics in 2004.

Jamshid Abruev began his career in 2000 as an accountant, deputy chief accountant of the Central Accounting Department of the Department of Public Education of the Temiryul District of Samarkand.

In 2003, he worked as a 1st-level economist of the “Budget Inspectorate” of the Financial Department of the Samarkand city administration of the Temiryul district.

In 2004, he worked as a category 1 economist in income planning and economic analysis of the financial department of the Taylak district khokimiyat in the Samarkand region.

From 2004 to 2012, he held the posts of 1st category economist, leading economist, chief economist and deputy head of the financial department of the administration of the Samarkand region.

Later, he worked as the chief accountant-expert of the department for controlling the calculation and use of dividends in business entities with a state share in the property of the financial department of the Tashkent regional khokimiyat.

In 2017, he served as the head of the Main Directorate for Financing the Social Sphere and Science of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2017 -2018, he worked as deputy chief and first deputy chief of the Main Department of the State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Prior to his appointment, he headed the Main Department of the State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
