About Smolentsev
Ivan Smolentsev was born on 22 July 1978 in Moscow. He graduated Moscow Technical University of Communication and Information in 2000. During 2000-2002, he served in Armed Forces of Russia as engineer of space communication at military-space forces, center of space communication. He worked in several companies like Kominkom OJSC, Kombelga LLC, where he gained experience in communication and information sphere.

In 2004, Ivan Smolentsev joined SCS Sovintel (Mosco) as manager on regional sales in Sibir Federal Region. Working in this position over a year and showing effective results in regional sales management, Ivan was appointed as senior regional manager in 2006.

From 2007 to April 2008, he worked as director on management of enterprises in CIS of SCS Sovintel, coordinating operational activity and management of enterprises of Golden Telecom in the CIS states. From May 2008 to present, he successfully works as director-general of Buzton LLC JV.
