Within the memorandum, IUT and SKYLINE are planning to launch a technological center for the implementation of joint IT projects in Uzbekistan.
Technological center will attract students of IUT to develop software and innovative solutions.
SKYLINE also plans to involve IUT students to carry out projects on the creation and development of innovative products and services.
The company will further consider attracting students of the university to paid internships and conduct joint contests and events in the spheres of wireless communications, robot technics and artificial intellect.
In the document, SKYLINE is also planning to consider sponsorship of joint events for youth with the aim of promotion of STEM-education in Uzbekistan and increase interest of youth to science, mathematics, technology and engineering.
IUT Rector Sarvar Babakhodjaev said: “We are happy for cooperation with SKYLINE. Partnership between the university and business entity will help to train highly skilled IT professionals, in particular, and develop IT sector in Uzbekistan, in general. We hope that cooperation with SKYLINE will start yielding its fruits soon”.
