Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- IT project of the Central Bank became the winner of the Russian competition "Project of the Year".

According to the press service of the Central Bank, the annual Project of the Year competition, organized in the Russian capital, has become a key communication platform for IT directors and top managers. This year, 434 projects were submitted for participation in the competition from Russia and the CIS countries.

The design achievements of the contest participants were evaluated in 5 nominations directly by online voting by members of the Global CIO professional community.

According to the voting results, the project "IS Biometric Identification (MyID)", presented by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, became the winner in the nomination "Best Biometric Identification Project".
