Representatives of the Legislative Chamber, Cabinet of Ministries, state and economic bodies, political parties, research institutes and others participated at the conference.

The participants noted that Uzbekistan is improving national legislation on ICT based on international experience. In the result, the ICT is making huge contribution to development of economic potential of Uzbekistan.

During the conference, the participants discussed issues of further improving mechanisms on legal regulation and introducing ICT, etc. The participants considered issues on developing interactive state services for population, development of national telecommunication network and national segment in Internet.

During the conference, the participants also discussed issues of developing quality content and use of modern ICT.

The participants adopted decisions, directed at using wide-scale use of modern information-communication technologies in political modernization of Uzbekistan.
