Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 23 December 2020, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan hosted a regular meeting of the Sub-Commission on Interbank Cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Russian Federation in an online format.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of interbank relations, information security, cooperation in the field of national payment systems, as well as the exchange of experience between the central banks of the two countries and staff training.

Upon completion of the discussion, the parties agreed to hold the next meeting of the Sub-Commission on Interbank Cooperation in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021.
