Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Ratings of the Ministry of Transport Avazbek Sultanov met with the head of the Department of Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Roads and Transport Development of Mongolia Bolor Erden.

At the meeting, aspects related to the development of international freight transport by road between our countries were discussed.

In particular, the parties discussed the issue of concluding an intergovernmental agreement on international road transport.

In accordance with the proposals of the Uzbek side, the Mongolian side expressed its readiness to develop transport corridors in cooperation in order to increase the volume of cargo transportation between our countries.

The parties decided on further tasks within the framework of the areas of cooperation discussed at the meeting.
