Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Director of the Center for Studying Problems of Transport and Logistics Development under the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan Bekzod Kholmatov met with the Chairman of the Board of China Overseas, Mr. Li Hong.

At the meeting, aspects of further development of cooperation on the implementation of infrastructure projects in the field of transport and road infrastructure, financing of projects by Chinese financial institutions, as well as the successful implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative were discussed.

During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on the main projects that are planned to be implemented in Uzbekistan as part of the development of transport infrastructure, and discussed the process of their implementation.

Issues related to the development of new models of cooperation for project implementation were also discussed.

Within the framework of the considered areas of cooperation, the parties identified tasks that will be implemented in the future.
