Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 23 September, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.

“Despite the great distances, Uzbekistan and Cuba are closely connected by longstanding friendly ties. Together with the Cuban Foreign Minister, we discussed new opportunities to enrich cooperation both bilaterally and multilaterally. Our focus was on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, education, manufacturing, and other areas of partnership,” noted Bakhtiyor Saidov in his Telegram channel.
