Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 7 November 2023, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China Yu Jun.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Uzbekistan-Chinese relations in the Afghan direction.

They exchanged views on interaction between member countries of the group of Afghanistan's closest neighbors in order to peacefully resolve the Afghan crisis and provide humanitarian assistance to the country as quickly as possible.
