According to the resolution, the Complex of the Cabinet of Ministers on education, healthcare, social welfare, information systems and telecommunications were divided into two – Complex on culture, education, healthcare and social welfare and Complex on information systems and telecommunication.

In the result, number of Deputy Prime Ministers of Uzbekistan, who head government complexes, was increased from six to seven.

According to the governmental website Gov.uz, Adham Ikramov was appointed as the head of the Complex on culture, education, healthcare and social welfare. Earlier, he worked as Minister of health of Uzbekistan.

The post of the head of the Complex on information systems and telecommunication is vacant.
