Ipoteka Bank plans to place bonds for US$300 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ipoteka Bank plans to place international bonds worth $ 300 million, the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan reports.

On 9 November 2020, Ipoteka Bank announced the issue of its first international bonds and teleconferences with international investors.

The debut issue of eurobonds is planned in cooperation with such internationally recognized underwriting banks as JP Morgan (USA), MUFG (Japan), Raiffeisen Bank International (Austria) and Societe Generale (France).

From 9 to 11 November, with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Finance and Ipoteka Bank, a global audio conference (Global Investor Call) and individual meetings with investors are planned for the issue of international bonds in the amount of US$300 million.
