The Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market registered a resolution on the additional issue of shares.

As the part of the emission, the bank will place 32.93 billion ordinary shares and 896 million of preferred shares with a par value of 1 soum each. The total volume of output exceeds 33.826 billion soums.

The shares will be placed by private subscription among the shareholders of the bank.
