Ipoteka Bank attracts Chinese loan for US$30m
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Joint stock commercial mortgage bank Ipoteka Bank and China Development Bank signed a loan agreement for US$30 million, chairperson of the board of Ipoteka Bank Omon Musaev said.
He said that the loan resources will be directed to developing small businesses and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan.
Musaev noted that the resources will be also used to purchase modern equipment and tools.
