Ipak Yoli Bank to place shares for 6.9bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock investment commercial bank Ipak Yoli registered additional emission of shares for 6.9 billion soums.

Within the emission, the bank will place 69 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 100 soums each. Total emission makes up 6.9 billion soums.

According to the emission terms, the bank will place shares on closed subscription. The shares will be placed to the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
