According to the bank, the emission of shares was registered by regulator. The emission includes 4 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The additional emission of the shares will be placed among shareholders. Fahriddin Mamatjanov will purchase 1.6 million shares (40% of emission), while Noble Invest LLC – 1.04 million shares (26%).

Alfa Group will buy 635,200 shares (15.88%) shares of the bank and Agroplastimpeks will acquire 284,800 (7.12%) shares.

At the end of 2009, the bank’s charter capital was at the level of 6 billion soums.

Invest Finance Bank private open joint-stock commercial bank is working in line with the license of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan No. 75 from 22 November 2008. Net income of the bank made up 3.007 billion soums in 2009. The own capital made up 7.219 billion soums.
