Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan has decided to postpone the introduction of ecological stickers for vehicles until March 2025.

This decision is outlined in a government resolution that includes amendments to improve the environmental situation across various sectors.

According to the new changes, the implementation deadline for the "Ecological Transport" system, which regulates emissions of harmful substances from vehicles of all categories into the atmosphere, has been postponed.

Originally, the system was scheduled to start operating from 1 June 2024.

Now, the issuance of ecological stickers for vehicles will commence from 1 March 2025.
