The Uzbek government issued a resolution “On measures to implement the Law of Uzbekistan dated 22 May 2015 “On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On electronic commerce”.

According to the document, the Government has set an order in accordance with which exporters have the right to export goods and services through online shops without registration of export contracts after receipt of full payment for product or services to their bank accounts in Uzbekistan and introduction of the information on the deal into a single electronic information system of foreign trade operations. There could be exceptions in line with the law.

At the same time, the goods with the value, equivalent to US$1,000 can be exported through online stores without the registration of the cargo customs declaration and in accordance with the rules of the postal service, the resolution said.
